WHO I AM
My name’s Avery — well, that’s my pen name anyway. I write witty, European romances about real women navigating love, friendship, and life.
My stories are inspired by the places I’ve lived (Rome, Barcelona, Vienna, Milan, London), the people I’ve met, and the occasional questionable life decision.
Basically, I write what I know: that messy, hilarious journey of life as a millennial woman trying to figure it out.
Otherwise I’m a perfectly normal adult with a job, a husband, and two cats who are, objectively, the cutest creatures alive.
WHAT I WRITE ABOUT
My stories are about women who don’t need saving — and men who are charming but human. There’s banter, chemistry, and the kinds of happy ending that come from self-discovery, not a mortgage or a diamond ring.
Think escapism with both feet on the ground: real European cities with all their beauty and inconvenience, characters with genuine flaws, and love that looks like something you might actually want rather than something you’ve been told to want.
What you won’t find: billionaires, trauma plots, or toxic relationships of any kind. What you will find: smart women, slow burns, and endings that might surprise you.
